Features of the Toolkit

The Erasmus+ toolkit has been designed and implemented to work as a stand-alone app on your desktop. This removes all complications of  in-house IT compliance, which is usual for server based applications. The toolkit collects and categorises all planned applications and also generates a CSV file for export and record keeping.

The simplicity of the system, which embodies over 70 Erasmus+ rules, is one of its main strengths in avoiding potential reputational damage.  The toolkit supports staff familiarisation and training on erasmus+ rules.

The toolkit comprises two smart elements

1. Staff submission Form

Unconnected. Any staff member can submit a proposal idea. It does not write to the record. It just collects the intention.

2. Governance Record

 University Management decides what gets added. Real-time breach flags, before anyone applies. Clear, auditable, simplifies the process.

The toolkit will automatically flag any potential breaches of Erasmus+ organisational caps. A breach of any cap will result in the immediate rejection of a submission, irrespective of which partner in the consortium is guilty of the breach . Such an  event,  should it occur, can potentially present a serious reputational challenge
