Interested in using the Erasmus+ Toolkit for your institution?
The Toolkit is licensed per OID and branded for your organisation:
- Branded with your logo: Your university logo appears on both the staff form and governance record.
- Customised staff form: The staff request form is customised to email a designated recipient in your organisation, automatically.
- Alliance tracking: The system provides tracking data on prioritised consortium structures - for example, highlighting applications working with partners from within your European University Alliance, or preferred geographies.
- Resubmission tracking: Categorises whether a proposal is a resubmission, its previous score, and what improvements have been made - helping decision makers select the best applications to authorise within the caps.
- All records simply export to a .csv file - thereby providing summary records for easy use in Reporting, Management and Audit.

Notes:
To customise your Toolkit, we will require the email address of the person to whom staff applications to use the OID will be sent. This is to automate staff request for permission to use your OID .
The customised Toolkit will be emailed to you and can be saved to any local drive on your desktop. It does not require any IT expertise.
A step-by-step setup guide will also be sent. If your storage location can be accessed from your mobile device, you can also view your system there.
The system includes the ability to download all records as a CSV file and we recommend that you do this regularly.
